Laboratory & Manufacturing Technician – Biomanufacturing & Microbiology

Location: Hanover, MD
Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 per year (based on experience)

Noxilizer, Inc. is seeking a Laboratory and Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Hanover, MD. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in microbiology, biotechnology, or biomanufacturing who is looking to grow in a cutting-edge medical technology company. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in BI (biological indicator) and PCD (process challenge device) manufacturing, microbiological laboratory operations, and sterilization validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform BI and PCD manufacturing processes with precision and compliance.
• Execute microbiological lab tasks, including microorganism culturing, pipetting, plate counting, serial dilutions, growth media preparation, and sterile solution preparation.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and company standards.
• Support sterilization validation processes and maintain a clean, organized lab environment.
• Follow all safety, health, and environmental regulations in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience with microbiology techniques such as pipetting, plate counting, and incubation.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, and a quality-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn complex biomanufacturing processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, and documentation software).
